Israel can, of course, keep denying having committed genocide in the Gaza war. Still, it cannot deny the widespread recognition of its genocidal action by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and a significant part of the international community. How does it overcome this paradox? How can Israel, on the one hand, keep massively killing innocent people in the Gaza strip, and, on the other hand, continue refuting all stern accusations for having committed crimes against humanity, collective punishment, or genocide.
